Max is the cutest!! This little man is a ton of fun. He is still and pup and has that typical puppy energy. Max and I spend a few days a week together, playing outside and running around inside, fetching for treats and reinforcing the great training his mom and dad started him on. Max has everything you want in a companion; he is fun, sweet, loveable, energetic, playful, smart…ok I could go on but he is really a blast to hang with and I love to visit with him!
Koda & Burton are 2 amazing dogs. They are also the only 2 boys that my husband okayed for me to kiss on New Year’s Eve where the 3 of us watched the ball drop! These dogs have a wonderful family and are probably two of the most well behaved boys I’ve seen. They are super affectionate and gente, they listen well, and they enjoy lots of cuddle time. Another family I feel blessed to know with dogs that I truly adore!
Halo and Angel are 2 lucky girls. Halo was my foster and when I received their application and spoke with Nancy, I knew that this was the home for Halo. They kept in touch about her progress since she was a shy girl and they asked me to dog sit on occasion which was great for me because then I could still see Halo. Then Angel joined the gang and now they feel that the family is complete. I am grateful that the Cliffs found Halo and she has a wonderful life and I still get to see her regularly!
Boomer and Kirby are 2 amazing dogs. I love the big boys and these 2 are not only big in size but have such huge hearts. I had to honor to hang out with these boys (and the 2 resident cats) for over 2 weeks and we had a great time. Kirby greeted me every visit with as many toys as he could fit into his mouth, and Boomer, showered me with kisses from the minute I walked in the door. They have a family that loves them to pieces and it is very clear why. They are true gems that are a rare find but I just got lucky!
When I got a call asking if I could pet sit for Shaela, a senior diabetic Husky, how could I say no. Her dad needed to get away from his busy job and spend some time with his family and didn’t know who would care for the love of his life. I was so happy to be chosen to care for her. No other dog could make me want to get up at 5am every morning except this angel. We had a great time and spent many hours relaxing on the deck enjoying the glorious weather. She also has 2 cat friends Sam and Ali who are so sweet and greeted me at the stairs every visit. These are great companions for their dad and now they are great friends to me.
With tears in my eyes I wanted to share that Shaela crossed the rainbow bridge on 10/8/2010. She touched my heart and I will never forget that sweet, sweet angel.
Riley is my newest buddy and he is a mix of 2 of the most amazing breeds, Pit Bull and Lab! Riley and I are becoming fast friends. His mommy has asked me to walk him 2x a day M-F!!! I couldn’t be more excited. He is such a sweet boy and has a really amazing personality. I don’t know how I have been so blessed to be a part of these dogs’ lives. Riley makes my “job” so much fun and makes me look forward to Monday….now how many of you can say that????
You don’t need to have a sweet tooth to love this chocolate lab Choco! He is a total love bug. Choco loves to play fetch for hours, no lieand then loves to snuggle on the couch (Shhhh, don’t tell his mommy and daddy). Choco is one lucky boy and I love when he comes to visit. He loves everyone, every dog, and every cat, you name it!
